Few days ago, our Shanghai office UPS was die. and the build management notice us will be shutdown the power for normal check. during National Day !we know the National Day have seven days, all of us will go hometown and nobody work.....

these days our manager find some vendors to got a UPS quotation then he can sent it to IT VP approval. if we can change the broken UPS before Sep 30 that the vacation will be is really vacation! Lucky, yesterday manager has been sent the quotation to VP and got the approval today~

Therefore, the vendor come our office to change the UPS at today off work time.

At this afternoon, i backup all Cisco switches configure and IOS,  and upload it to new storage server. so that when the vendor change UPS the power shutdown momently our switch can shutdown normal. 

Maybe pay half an hour the UPS changed, the new UPS work fine. our switch, door control and PBX(phone system) work fine also.

Before vacation all important work has been completed. so let us enjoy this wonderful holiday!!!

The diary will be cut during National Day and recover at Oct 8 night.
